I was upgraded to a modern apartment. The bed was very clean and the bathroom was big size.
Well, no lift.

The apartment was warm. There were a lounge and a kitchen. The staff were very very helpful, nice location happy to use Amsterdams very efficient public transport system.

There was no elevator.

Location: the hotel was close enough to NXT Museum or A'DAM Lookout, and the supermarket. We had a new-fashioned apartment with great facilities, a balcony and a drink.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had all the facilities I needed. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff treated me very well, making me feel welcome and taken care of.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety.

well we loved this place, spent 3 great days here. everything was great as expected nonetheless the bathroom we had was cold. staff provided coffee and tea making facilities, a fridge, and an oven. favourable setting to the ferry. not to mention proximity to pllek, that was 25 minutes walk away.

The staff at check-in were friendly and always ready to assist, with a helpful WhatsApp service available. The apartment was easily accessible from the metro and generally quiet.
